This external euro type bottom bracket features two sealed cartridge bearings inside threaded aluminum bearing cups. Includes threaded cups, bearings, cone, adjustment spacers, and internal spacer. Also works with many BSA threaded MTB / Fixie bottom brackets to fit 3pc BMX cranks with 19mm spindles.
